Creative Content Specialist

Job Purpose
The Creative Content Specialist will play a vital role in elevating our company’s brand presence across various digital platforms. This position requires a creative mind and proficient multimedia skills to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience, drives engagement, and supports our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
? Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative multimedia content for our website, blogs, and social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
? Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns that promote our products, events, and initiatives.
? Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
? Project Management: Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
? Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely promotion of events and campaigns.
? Brand Alignment: Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s identity and values while exploring opportunities for creativity and innovation.
? Video Editing: Edit videos into both long-form and short-form content that are eye-catching, retain quality, and convey the intended message under the client’s branding and voice.
Interview Content: Create content from interviews, cutting them into clips for YouTube and LinkedIn.
? Ad Hoc Projects: Undertake ad hoc content creation projects such as newsletter content, email design, presentation decks, and more.

Qualifications
? 1-2 years of proven experience in content creation and video editing.
? Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Kapwing, and other relevant design and video editing tools.
? Demonstrable skills in graphic design and multimedia production.
? Solid understanding of social media platforms and content requirements.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
? Knowledgeable in CRMs such as Hubspot and GoHighLevel is preferred.
