Creative Content Virtual Assistant

Functional Yoga Medicine seeks a bright and cheerful Creative Content Virtual Assistant to develop and execute social media content that aligns with the growth goals of our small company.

This role will assist our Creative Content Manager in implementing social marketing content that connects with our target audience while attracting new followers, and ultimately converting them into qualified leads.

A successful candidate has experience in content creation/editing, as well as social media posting/scheduling. While the company will provide training to help you succeed in this role, we are looking for someone proactive, with an eagerness to learn and grow with the company.

WHO WE ARE AND WHY FUNCTIONAL YOGA MEDICINE:
With 25 years of experience, we are a small team of creative health experts that teach people to create their own Self Healthcare System to heal their gut and get rid of their pesky symptoms so that they can live their best life. Through Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Functional Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Nutrition, we are uniquely qualified to help people become WHOLE and healthy.

EMPLOYMENT STATUS:
Part-time (~20 hours per week), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.

SALARY:
$350 USD per month to start

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Execute content creation that will turn followers into ideal customers and everlasting tribe members of the brand
-Video and graphics editing using Canva and various video editing software
-Post on multiple social channels to gain traction, spread brand awareness, and drive demand for programs
-Report to our Creative Content Manager

REQUIREMENTS:
-Excellent communication skills in English
-Excellent writing skills in English
-Good eye for design
-Stable internet connection, at least 5mbps
-You must be willing to work partial hours in Eastern Time zone to do content uploading onto our social media platforms

-Knowledgeable of and familiar with current social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
-Positive and has a “can-do” attitude
-Strong English oral and written communication skills
-Creative, has an acute attention to detail, and is a problem solver
-Loyal and able to work in a team environment
-High level performers, disciplined, and self motivated candidates will do very well in this environment

TEST PROJECT:
You must be willing to complete a short test project free of charge in order for us to evaluate your skills (estimated time: 30-45 minutes).

INTERVIEW:
You must also be willing to participate in a 10-15 minute video call interview before being accepted for the position.
