Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and lead multiple graphic design projects, ensuring timeliness and team accountability.
– Drive creative direction, staying updated on visual trends for a high-end market.
– Conduct competitor research for photography inspiration.
– Develop detailed photography briefs to highlight product benefits and maintain aesthetic cohesion.
– Create inspiring mood boards for photoshoots.
– Maintain aesthetic standards and brand identity throughout design production.
– Collaborate with photographers, designers, copywriters, and marketing managers.
– Uphold and enhance the brand’s visual guidelines.

Requirements:
– Proven experience managing multiple projects and providing professional feedback.
– Track record of leading creative projects from concept to completion.
– Strong understanding of color, composition, typography, and graphic styles.
– Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
– Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
– Desire to innovate, excel, and embrace change.
– Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
– Experience with 3D production is a plus.
– Familiarity with Amazon photography or graphic design is a plus.
