Hi, I’m Devon, and I’m one of the co-founders of The Ads Lab, a leading community in Facebook advertising. We’re a small, close-knit team with a big vision. I’m looking for a tech-savvy, creative mind to join us as a **Creative Media Buyer & Ad Specialist**.

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR

• You have a knack for creativity and can whip up engaging ad assets using tools like Canva or CapCut. Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in AI tools like MidJourney.
• You’re keen to dive into Facebook ad management. Whether you’ve run ads before or are eager to learn, we want your enthusiasm.
• English is your strong suit. You can communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and in meetings. We keep it friendly and informal in our interactions.
• You enjoy working in a small team and are excited about the opportunity to wear multiple hats. Collaboration is key, but you can also work independently.
• You’re flexible with tools and can quickly pick up new software. We use Slack, G Suite, Skool, and more.
• Ready to start within the next couple of weeks and looking for a full-time, long-term position. You want to grow with us.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to contribute to various aspects of the business.

TOOLS WE USE

• Canva and CapCut for creating eye-catching ad content
• Facebook Ads Manager for deploying and managing ad campaigns
• Slack and G Suite for team communication and collaboration
• Skool for our community interactions
• AI tools like MidJourney for generating innovative ad ideas
