Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Learning Designer to join our dynamic eLearning team. The Digital Designer will work alongside our Instructional Designer to design & develop learning content and programs using the latest instructional and educational technology methods.

Key Responsibilities
1. Course Design and Development:
—– Design and develop engaging and interactive online courses using Articulate 360 and World Manager. You will be responsible for creating visual content for eLearning modules and incorporating multimedia elements to enhance the learning experience.
2. Content Creation:
—– Create or curate multimedia content, including text, graphics, animation, audio, and video, to enrich the learning experience within the courses. Your creativity and ability to present information in a visually appealing and engaging manner will be essential.

Requires Skills:
– Graphic design qualifications and previous experience (2 plus years) working in eLearning is essential
– Proven experience in designing and developing online courses using Articulate360
– Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and eLearning best practices.
– Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools and software, including Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
– A strong interest in learning & development which means you are keen on following the latest trends in L&D, changes in learning technologies, willing to embrace and open to all types of training
– Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong visual design sense, highly creative, and innovative
– Detail-oriented with good organisational skills
– Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organisation
– Experience using Google Suite applications (i.e. Slides, Docs)
– Must be willing to work Australian hours (Melbourne)
