Gym Desk Advertising is Looking for a Creative Director

Join our team at Gym Desk as a Creative Director, where you’ll be the visionary leader responsible for overseeing our entire creative team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of our organization, driving innovation, and ensuring excellence across all creative endeavors. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a passion for creativity, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Creative Direction: Set the overall creative direction for GymDesk, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of creatives, including graphic designers, video editors, media buyers, social media managers, and copywriters, inspiring them to achieve their full potential.

• Project Management: Oversee the execution of creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and integration of creative initiatives with overall business objectives.

• Creative Strategy: Develop and implement innovative creative strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across all channels and touchpoints.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain quality control over all creative outputs, reviewing and providing feedback to ensure consistency and excellence.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of creative campaigns, using data and insights to optimize future initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated creative leadership skills
• Proficient in team management
• Strategic problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Master’s degree preferred)

Shift:
Official work shift: 8 am – 5 pm PST
Onboarding: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm PST (2 days)
Training: 8:30 am – 12:30apm PST (2-6 days)
Compensation: $1,000 – $1,300 per month
