Job Description

The Creative Director is in charge of advertising and marketing the efforts of the company and its clients. They plan out advertisements, monitor campaigns for promotion purposes and revise presentations as needed along with shaping brand standards

The Creative Director will provide our creative team with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive projects, devise the concepts and strategies for a particular venture and will monitor its progress. This role will implement creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to the clients.

The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects both visually and essentially to meet client’s expectations and drive sustainable growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with the team to produce new ideas for the company and client’s
branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications such as but
not limited to videos and graphics
Evaluating trends, assessing new data, and keeping up-to-date with the latest
marketing techniques
Assisting project managers in resolving issues by responding to questions in a
timely and professional manner
Creating and implementing tailored marketing plans based on company and
client requirements
Directing brainstorming meetings and creative sessions
Shaping brand standards and creating procedures to ensure all products are
brand appropriate
Supervising the department’s daily workflow, assigning project workloads, and
monitoring deadlines and budgets.
Developing exceptional and well-crafted projects that meet clients’ requirements
Parse the existing script and distribute to creatives
Direct or improve the video effects animation to ensure uniformity or that the
appropriate style is applied
Give feedback on the overall look and feel of the video including the text,
images/videos, and audio or music
Present pegs to be presented to client for approval or
Search for the actual assets to be used
Create graphics and videos that meets or exceeds the company & client
requirements within the time table
Responsible with the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to
members of the creative team
Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and
execution
Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image
and company ideals
Anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and
implement solutions
Performs other tasks as maybe assigned

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years design experience in web and typography .
A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices.
Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong communications skills
Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, 2D Animation and Illustrator
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
