Creative Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Creative Director with strong brand strategy, art direction, and graphic design skills to lead our creative team. The successful candidate will exhibit a deep understanding of branding and will be responsible for steering our clients’ brand narratives across all channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative creative concepts that effectively convey our clients’ brand message in a visually compelling way.
• Lead the creative team, including graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative staff to produce high-quality work that is aligned with the client’s goals.
• Utilize your experience in brand strategy to advise clients and shape brand narratives that resonate with their target audience.
• Act as the creative lead on pitches, providing visually compelling and strategically sound concepts to potential clients.
• Oversee the design of visual branding elements, including logos, brand guides, marketing materials, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with the account management and project management teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and to help inform the strategic direction of creative projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Proven experience in brand strategy.
• Demonstrated skills in art direction and graphic design.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional ability to translate business goals into creative strategies and designs that achieve results.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide the creative team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills and creative thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
