Role Overview:
As a Creative Director & Campaign Strategy Lead, you will helm our creative and campaign management teams, guiding the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals. This role combines high-level creative direction with hands-on campaign strategy and content marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Leadership: Direct the creation of digital content and campaigns, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and brand consistency. Lead a talented team of designers, copywriters, and digital marketing specialists in producing innovative work.
2. Strategic Campaign Management: Spearhead content strategy for diverse projects, harnessing data-driven insights to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
3. Collaborative Planning: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to craft comprehensive marketing plans, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for growth.
4. Content Innovation: Drive the creative and strategic direction of digital content, providing expertise in copywriting and visual direction to ensure engaging and impactful messaging.
5. Market and Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of digital marketing trends, consumer behaviors, and the competitive landscape to inform creative strategies and campaign adjustments.
6. Budget and Resource Management: Oversee budget forecasting and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution of marketing strategies within financial targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– A solid foundation of 5 years or more in digital marketing, with significant experience as a Creative Director and in campaign strategy development.
– Demonstrated excellence in copywriting and a keen understanding of design principles, with the ability to guide creative and strategic content creation.
– Proven leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams in a dynamic marketing environment.
– Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and campaign performance, translating insights into actionable strategies.
– Proficient in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content distribution networks.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
– Comprehensive experience in digital design, content strategy, and project management.
– A portfolio that showcases a breadth of successful digital marketing campaigns and creative projects.
