Creative Director – Graphic Design (Amazon)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled full time Creative Director specializing in Graphic Design, with a specific focus on Amazon listings. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Amazon’s platform, design principles, and consumer behavior to develop captivating and high-converting visuals for our product listings.
Responsibilities:
Craft visually appealing digital assets tailored for e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon, including eye-catching listing images, A+ content, and storefront materials.
Develop branding guidelines that bolster marketing strategies, ensuring they resonate with clients’ goals and maintain consistency.
Produce branding assets such as logos, custom imagery, and marketing collateral, elevating brand identity and market presence.
Collaborate closely with teammates to bring design concepts to life, meeting clients’ needs effectively.
Inject creativity and fresh perspective into branding guidelines, leveraging provided assets and stock imagery innovatively.
Adapt design concepts for video production, aligning them seamlessly with online marketing materials.
Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills across diverse projects, consistently delivering desired outcomes.
Foster effective communication within the team, embodying integrity, dedication, and a thirst for growth.
Be available within the EST time zone (7:00-4:00 pm) to ensure smooth communication and collaboration with teammates and clients.
Qualifications:
Proven expertise in custom graphic design, particularly in advertising and branding.
Impressive portfolio showcasing impactful digital assets tailored for e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented mindset committed to delivering top-notch work within set deadlines.
Bonus points for experience in video design or social media management.
Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword optimization is advantageous.
Compensation:
Based on experience. After completing the first 90 days of service, team members are eligible for the following benefits: birthday leave, 8 Philippines holidays, and 13th-month pay.
Other details:
Remote – Work from Home, with backup power source
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, EST time zone (7:00-4:00 pm)
