We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Marketing Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in the creative direction of marketing deliverables for clients as well as internal projects and initiatives.
Position Summary:
The role of the Creative Director primarily revolves around overseeing deliverables within a project or organizational context. Tasked with ensuring the quality and alignment of all outputs, this position holds a pivotal responsibility in the successful completion of projects.
By meticulously reviewing, giving feedback, polishing, and approving deliverables, the Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining consistency, accuracy, and adherence to standards throughout the project lifecycle.
With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of project objectives, this position serves as a guardian of quality and serves to uphold the organization’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Project and Deliverable Management:
-Collaborate with team members to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for the company and clients.
-Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets and follow up with people to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
-Oversee project teams, ensuring they adhere to project plans and timelines.
-Monitor project progress, and identify and address issues or bottlenecks promptly.
-Perform various administrative and operational tasks as needed to support project and sales activities.
-Manage the company’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
-Monitoring and analyzing marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
-Lead a team of marketing VAs and subtractors, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support as needed.
-Oversees the development of visuals, messaging, and user experience, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience preferences.
-Be the final approver for all deliverables, providing direction based on branding and marketing strategies.
-Create visually appealing content for digital and print platforms, using various software to craft engaging and effective designs.
-Developing standardized procedures, blueprints, and workflows to ensure consistent processes and adherence to established standards.
The process includes identifying key tasks and steps, documenting them in detail, and organizing them into a structured format. SOPs serve as a guide for the team, outlining the correct procedures to follow for various tasks and scenarios.
