Creative & E-commerce Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our growing apparel and lifestyle brand. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of creative design tasks, Shopify store management, and social media engagement. Your expertise in graphic design, Shopify, and social media marketing will be essential in driving our brand’s success.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:
Design eye-catching t-shirt graphics, apparel designs, and temporary tattoos that align with our brand’s niche.
Create engaging social media graphics, mockups, and promotional materials.
Ensure all designs are visually appealing, consistent with our brand identity, and optimized for various platforms.
Shopify Store Management:
Organize and optimize product listings to showcase multiple items under each design.
Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate product information.
Maintain a visually appealing and user-friendly online store.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute organic and paid social media campaigns across relevant platforms.
Create engaging content calendars and schedule posts.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly.
Track social media analytics and report on performance.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via email and social media.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in graphic design, particularly with apparel and lifestyle products.
Strong proficiency in using Shopify for e-commerce store management.
Expertise in social media marketing and community engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for our brand’s niche.
Bonus Points:

Experience with photography and product mockups.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
