The ideal candidate will need to be fully available from 7 pm – 3 am PHT so it’s highly preferable that he/she isn’t currently engaged with any company/client during the said hours. Specific design software and tools shall be used and you will be trained on everything you need to know to excel in this role.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work hours: 7 pm – 3 am PH time for Onboarding, and then choice of scheduled hours after, starting at 5 pm PH time.
Required hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Set-up: Remote (External monitor is required). The ideal applicants should reside within Metro Manila and aren’t presently engaged with any company/client

WHO ARE YOU?
The Digital Marketing Creative Coordinator candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is passionate about driving results. Qualified candidates will possess/have:
– Proficiency in creating and editing videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing tools.
– Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Canva, etc
– A bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on marketing
– 3+ years of digital marketing and/or graphic design related experience
– At least 2 years of working with a team in an agency setting
– Excellent knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography
– Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and creative solutions
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for getting people excited about what you’re saying
– A keen eye for aesthetics, high degree of autonomy, strong sense of accountability, keen attention to details and problem solving
– The ability to analyze data points and provide key insights and recommendations
– The utmost of integrity, both with clients and with colleagues

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Digital Marketing Creative Coordinator, you will act as the creative genius that transforms the client’s ideas into stunning visual stories and immerse yourself in the creative strategies for each client. You will:
– Develop creative concepts, visual designs, and layouts for a wide range of ad projects based on client requests
– Create eye-catching banner and video ads using specific design software and tools
– Ensure visual materials align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity
– Edit and retouch images, including color correction, cropping, and optimization for various platforms
– Select appropriate fonts and typography styles to enhance readability and aesthetics
– Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs based on client or team input
– Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
– Work closely with internal teams to understand design objectives and project requirements
– Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
In 30 days, you should be able to:
– Comfortably take on at least 12 creative tasks daily
– Be more confident, comfortable, and adept with taking on most, if not all processes/SOPs
– Exhibit a high level of collaborative practice to address team queries effectively and in a timely manner
– Learn how our digital tools add value to company strategy and performance
– Analyze digital campaign success based on key performance indicators and metrics
