Etsy Manager Requirements and Responsibilities: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
· Proven experience in creating, optimizing, and managing Etsy product listings.
· Knowledge of keyword research and SEO optimization techniques for Etsy listings.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Research skills to gather data and insights related to our products and target audience.
· Ability to identify trends and opportunities in the POD T-shirt market.
· Experience in improving product visibility and sales on Etsy.
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills (including handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction)
· Responsibility for adding high-quality images and relevant tags to product listings.
As the Etsy Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Creating and optimizing Etsy product listings to maximize visibility and sales.
· Conducting market research and trend analysis to inform product decisions.
· Implementing effective SEO strategies to enhance product visibility on Etsy.
· Communicating and collaborating with the Graphic Designer on product design and development.
· Adding high-quality images and relevant tags to product listings to improve visibility and attractiveness.
Graphic Designer Requirements and Responsibilities: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with an impressive portfolio of original designs.
· Competence in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools).
· A keen eye for detail, color, and typography.
· Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
· Ability to work with different styles, themes, and niches.
· Experience in various design tasks related to POD T-shirts, such as image upscaling, adjustment, mockup creation, website uploads, SVG format editing, complex background removal, and image enhancement.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
As the Graphic Designer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Creating designs for POD T-shirts based on product decisions.
· Handling various design tasks related to our products.
· Communicating and collaborating with the Etsy Manager on product design and development.
