JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are an innovative digital marketing agency specializing in serving clients in the med spa and cosmetic clinic industry. As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Creative Facebook Ads Specialist and GoHighLevel CRM Manager. This role requires excellent English language skills, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to create captivating Facebook advertisements that resonate with our clients’ target audience. Additionally, expertise in GoHighLevel CRM management, including the creation of landing pages and automation flows tailored to the industry, is crucial.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Develop and execute effective Facebook advertising strategies customized for med spa and cosmetic clinic clients, ensuring brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
– Create compelling and targeted ad campaigns that align with the unique positioning and objectives of our clients in the industry.
– Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to optimize ad campaigns and maximize return on investment (ROI).
– Utilize the GoHighLevel CRM platform to manage customer data, automate workflows, and create personalized customer journeys specific to the med spa and cosmetic clinic industry.
– Design and implement high-converting landing pages that enhance user experience, increase conversions, and align with the specific needs of our clients.
– Build and maintain comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing, to nurture leads and drive repeat business for our clients.
– Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of ad campaigns, landing pages, and automation flows, providing insightful reports and recommendations for optimization.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the med spa and cosmetic clinic sector to ensure our clients remain competitive and compliant.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Exceptional English language skills with a demonstrated ability to craft engaging and persuasive content for Facebook ads and customer communications.
– Proven experience in creating and managing successful Facebook ad campaigns specifically for clients in the med spa and cosmetic clinic industry, with a solid understanding of the target audience and market dynamics.
– Expertise in utilizing Facebook Ads Manager, including knowledge of industry-specific ad formats, audience targeting strategies, and pixel tracking and setup.
– Extensive experience with the GoHighLevel CRM platform and its features, such as building landing pages, designing automation flows, and executing email marketing campaigns for med spa and cosmetic clinic clients.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
– Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas that align with the unique requirements of the med spa and cosmetic clinic industry.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
– Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the med spa and cosmetic clinic sector.
– Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
