Little Ripples is an Australian socially responsible wine brand and is seeking a talented, professional, and creative Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in crafting visually compelling designs that captivate our audience and elevate our brand presence across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
-Conceptualize and design eye-catching graphics for marketing materials, digital platforms, social media campaigns, and print collateral.
-Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and brand guidelines, ensuring the designs align with the overall creative strategy.
-Create visually appealing brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials that effectively communicate the intended message.
-Develop and maintain the visual identity of our brand, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.
-Enhance and retouch images to improve their visual impact and ensure they align with the brand’s aesthetic.
-Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, integrating them into your work.
-Produce design mockups and prototypes to showcase design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
-Prepare and deliver design files in various formats for print and digital production, ensuring they meet technical specifications and quality standards.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality designs in a timely manner.
-Receive and incorporate feedback from clients and team members to continuously improve the quality and impact of the designs.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
-Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
-Proficiency in using graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
-Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
-Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Up-to-date with the latest design trends and a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
-Knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles is a plus but not required.
-A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional design solutions.
