Responsibilities:
Create digital illustrations, graphics, logos, and other design elements for a variety of web and print projects.
Work with art directors, product managers, and other creatives to develop concepts that will eventually become crafting and art-related products (stamps, dies, stencils, etc.).
Come up with your original design ideas and work well within a team.
Execute consistent designs aligned with existing style guides.
Execute multiple projects at a time and work efficiently under fast-paced deadlines.
Incorporate feedback and direction from the supervisor to revise designs as needed.
Update existing designs and artwork as required by the supervisor.
Prepare final files for print or web production, ensuring that all colors, fonts, etc. are correctly formatted according to company guidelines.
Proactively identify potential problems and offer solutions to keep projects on track.
Stay up-to-date on trends in digital art and design, and apply new techniques and software programs to your work as needed.
Skills Required:
4+ years of experience as a professional digital artist and/or educational training.
Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other design software.
A strong portfolio of previous work.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Self-starter.
Commitment to lifelong learning.
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications:
The position is remote. Applicants must be self-motivated with reliable internet, a dedicated workspace, and a genuine desire to continuously learn and grow.
Hours are flexible, but employees must be available to work from 9 AM–6 PM EDT, U.S. weekdays.
Bonus Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, graphic design, computer art, or another related field.
Experience with 3D modeling.
Print design experience.
Salary: $600-$1000+/month, hourly pay, negotiable, depending on skills and experience, with the opportunity to grow rapidly.
