We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Creative Lead to lead our creative team. This role is for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is passionate about shaping brand stories, and is highly adept at leveraging the latest tools and technology in the creative industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
Lead, mentor, and develop the creative team ensuring a collaborative environment.
Define and implement creative direction and strategy for the brand across all channels.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and other stakeholders to align the creative vision with business objectives.
Design & Content:
Oversee the development of creative content including design layouts, visual imagery, videos, and other multimedia components. Ensure all creative projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet brand standards.
Technical Mastery:
Stay updated with the latest software, design trends, and technology advancements in the creative field.
Continuously optimise workflows and tools to enhance productivity and creativity.
Collaboration & Communication:
Present and defend creative work to internal teams and stakeholders.
Foster strong relationships with other departments, external partners, and agencies.
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in a creative role with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.
Proven track record of success in developing big ideas from concept to execution.
Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects).
Knowledge of 3D design tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar is a plus.
Familiarity with UI/UX design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Understanding of web and mobile design principles, including responsive design.
Additional Skills:
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and the relationship between design, content, and technology.
Ability to analyse market trends and competitor data to inform creative strategies.
Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):
Certifications in Design Thinking, User Experience (UX), or any relevant Adobe certifications.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle constructive criticism with a positive attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
