Creative Maestro: Project Manager for Design & Digital Marketing

Are you a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized project manager with a passion for design and digital marketing? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are a dynamic business management firm, dedicated to helping businesses succeed through web design and development, social media management, design projects, process design, and systems and tools setup.

We are seeking an experienced and talented Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, and you must be available to work Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Eastern Time.

Key Responsibilities:

– Understand and identify good design principles that meet project requirements.
– Establish and articulate project requirements to the design and development teams.
– Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
– Maintain a reliable, goal-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
– Masterfully plan and multitask under pressure while maintaining efficiency.
– Review and assess work quality, identifying any issues that require fixing.
– Communicate effectively, and create diagrams, workflows, BRDs, and other project management documents.

Requirements:

– At least 4 years of prior project management experience, preferably in graphic design, branding, web design and development, ad design, and digital marketing.
– Exceptional attention to detail.
– Strong communication skills.
– Proven ability to work from home.
– Familiarity with creating diagrams, workflows, BRDs, and other project management tools.
