Creative Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Assistant will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to help plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is creative, organized, and able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
– Create marketing materials such as creatives for social media (posts & stories), leaderboards charts, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
– Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and events
– Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools
– Research new marketing opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
– Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
– Organize and coordinate marketing events such as trade shows and webinars
– Manage and update the company’s marketing database and CRM system
– Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
– 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
– Proficient in Photoshop, Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
– Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
– Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing channels
– Strong organizational and project management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Attention to detail and ability to proofread content
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
– Creative thinker with a passion for marketing

– Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms
