We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Creative Marketing Director to lead our marketing creative team and drive innovative and impactful visual strategies across our social media platforms. The Creative Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing the entire creative process, from conceptualization to execution, while ensuring high-quality designs, consistent branding, and effective communication. This role requires a blend of creative expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on design abilities.

Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, providing clear direction, mentorship, and guidance to ensure the delivery of compelling and on-brand creative content.
– Develop and execute creative concepts that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing objectives for various social media platforms.
– Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and other cross-functional teams to understand campaign goals and translate them into visually engaging designs.
– Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of graphic designers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
– Take an active role in creating and refining design strategies, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
– Personally contribute to design projects as needed, particularly during peak periods or to demonstrate creative direction to the team.
– Review and edit designs for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines, ensuring all creatives are free of errors and consistent in messaging.
– Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members to enhance their skills, encourage growth, and maintain a high standard of design excellence.
– Collaborate with external partners and agencies when necessary, ensuring seamless coordination and consistent creative output.
– Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
– Act as a bridge between the creative team and upper management, effectively communicating design concepts, strategies, and results.

Requirements:

– Proven experience (5+ years) as a Creative Director, Art Director, or similar role in a fast-paced creative environment.
– Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects, including social media content, marketing campaigns, and branding initiatives.
– Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with the ability to create and edit designs independently.
– Experience in managing and leading creative teams, with excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
– Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives.
– Exceptional creative problem-solving skills and the ability to offer constructive feedback and guidance to team members.
– Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
– Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error-free designs.
– Flexibility to jump in with hands-on design work when needed.
– Knowledge of social media trends, digital marketing, and user experience best practices.
