Creative Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. We are a marketing agency whose main clients consist of home remodeling companies. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creative skills, technical knowledge, and the flexibility to handle various tasks across multiple client accounts, contributing to our business activities and client success. This is a beginner’s position with significant room for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and optimize Facebook ads and other social media campaigns for us and our clients.

Design engaging graphics and content for social media and marketing materials for various clients.

Assist with website edits and updates to improve user experience and engagement for both our company and clients.

Support general marketing and business activities, including email marketing, content creation, and market research for multiple client accounts.

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement creative marketing strategies tailored to individual clients.

Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed to support business operations and client growth.

Contribute ideas and skills to help us excel as a growing team, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English
Some experience in creating and managing Facebook ads
Proficiency in graphic design software
Basic knowledge of website editing and content management systems
Strong creative skills and an eye for design.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively across multiple client accounts.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with digital marketing platforms
Basic understanding of SEO and web analytics
Graphic design/ ad creation knowledge
