Position: Creative Media Specialists (Internship Program)
Location: Hybrid – Remote/Online Work Setup with possible weekly meetings at BGC, Taguig City. If this setup is not okay with you, please do not apply.
FiLDEV Cloud Business Software, a software solutions provider, is looking for motivated interns to join our team for the school year 2024-2025. We are open to all students taking AB Multimedia Arts, BS Computer Science & Information Technology, Marketing & Advertising or similar courses from any CHED-certified school/campus.
Responsibilities:
Design simple to mid-level day-to-day social media graphics (via Canva) for clients.
Produce ad copies and creatives required.
Create simple 15-sec to 1-min videos for creative assets
Handle basic photo editing/manipulation, etc.
Use design tools mainly Canva and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom,
Video editing (Filmora, Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro) and visual effects skills is a plus (After Effects)
Knowledge is most recent AI tools for creatives and video production is a plus.
Create concepts upon direction of Creative Director and handle daily posting for assigned clients/projects
Coordinate with senior designers for creative assets as well as with advertising team in monitoring and creating reports and performances of ads and campaigns.
Handle basic email marketing tasks and customer relations through phone, email, and chat for internal and client-side.
May be tasked to handle day-to-day marketing tasks and assist in running advertising campaigns
May be asked to do business correspondence through email in communicating with suppliers, clients, in coordination with our Accounts and Executive team.
Requirements:
Must be currently taking a relevant course (see above).
Able to commit at least 8 hours per day for 3 months or based on your required hours upon agreement, under our Internship Program.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using computers and software applications.
Must have a stable internet connection and a working computer/laptop at home.

Contract length: 3 months
Salary: Php100.00 – Php2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
