We are looking for a seasoned and outstanding Production Head to lead our PH based production team in delivering high-quality content across diverse digital platforms. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that all deliverables align with client branding and campaign objectives, while optimizing production workflows for efficiency and excellence.
Daily Tasks:
-Lead a dynamic and community driven PH based creative team
-Work collaboratively with the Production team and Founder to discuss timelines and other requirements
-Assist in creation of digital brand assets that are in line with the clients’ goals, target market, and branding
-Ensures agency guidelines and all revisions are taken into account prior to submission to founder/client for final pass
-Ensures deadlines are met and all revisions are incorporated for all the brand assets
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management and Leadership (40%):
-Lead and oversee the production team, fostering collaboration and alignment with company objectives and client requirements.
-Define clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for team members within the production department.
Strategic Planning and Execution (25%):
-Collaborate with the various stakeholders in the agency to translate client objectives and feedback into effective production strategies.
-Manage scheduling, planning, and execution of production tasks to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
Quality Control and Assurance (15%):
-Uphold and elevate quality standards for graphic designs, written content, and comprehensive campaign materials.
-Develop and implement robust quality assurance protocols to ensure precision and excellence in all client deliverables.
Innovation and Process Improvement (10%):
-Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to enhance production methods and outputs.
-Cultivate a culture of innovation within the team, exploring new tools and methodologies to improve content quality and production efficiency.
Client Interaction and Feedback Integration (5%):
-Act as a key liaison between the production team, the founder, and the clients; facilitating seamless integration of client feedback into the production process.
-Participate in client meetings as needed to gather feedback and refine understanding of client expectations.
Reporting and Analytics (5%):
-Provide regular updates on production metrics and team performance to the Project Manager/CEO.
-Utilize analytics insights to refine production processes and optimize content effectiveness.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience in production management, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
-Proven ability to lead production teams and manage complex content creation across multiple platforms.
-Thorough understanding of graphic design, content creation, and quality assurance practices.
-Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
-Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and online advertising strategies is advantageous.
