I am currently looking for a seasoned Creative Project Manager to lead a team of designers and marketers, providing feedback to ensure brand-consistent content, and collaborating with other departments for quality and consistency. The role primarily involves writing copy and developing briefs optimized for direct response across various platforms like ads and landing pages. Additionally, the responsibilities include facilitating content creator briefings, managing product shipping logistics, and ensuring the successful execution of creative concepts aligned with brand objectives.
Salary Range: PHP 80,000 – 100,000 per month

Tasks:
Writing copy & developing briefs optimized for direct response (ex. for ads, landing pages, and shooting briefs) – This is the most critical task/function of this role!
Quarterbacking a team of designers/marketers, providing feedback and guidance to produce compelling, brand-consistent content
Collaborating with other departments, such as project managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure the quality and consistency of a portfolio of brands
Shipping briefs to content creators via marketplaces and direct relationships and managing timely turnaround and execution of content
End-to-end facilitation of content creator briefing, product shipping logistics, and content review via content marketplaces – client to provide clear, prescriptive direction
Ensuring the successful execution of creative concepts and strategies that meet the individual brand objectives and expectations
Ability to articulate and champion the brand’s voice and visual identity across various digital touchpoints
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable strategies
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Creative Director or similar
Experience writing copy & developing creative briefs
Experience developing high-converting creatives for paid campaigns.
A bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
Proven experience in social media marketing
Excellent communication (with an emphasis on superior written comms), presentation, and interpersonal skills – must understand and be able to communicate using the “languages of marketing”
A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and usability
1+ years experience as a Creative Director, Creative Producer, or Creative Strategist in an e-commerce business or direct response marketing role is a PLUS!
Experience with consumer research/insights is highly preferred
Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Figma, etc. – this role will not actually be creating assets, rather they’ll be providing executable instructions to editors and designers (who will execute)
Recent experience working in US office hours
