Creative Project Manager Wanted

Overview:
We are a growing marketing firm looking for a creative project manager to join our team. The project manager will work with our design team to create ads, logos, websites, brochures, emails, SM graphics and other creative materials. We have a nice mix of clients including not for profits that do amazing work and for profits that like making money????

Requirements:
• The ideal candidate doesn’t have to be a designer but must have a strong eye for design and a strong grasp of what looks good and what doesn’t.
• Is good at coming up with concepts and ideas for creative pieces.
• Strong understanding of modern & clean design – designs that are a pleasure to look at but don’t overwhelm people with too much information.
• Understands what the right balance of information is – not too much info, but just the right amount.
• Understands that often marketing is about creating emotional connections.
• Knows how to create ads that speak to specific audiences.
• Understands social media (mostly IG and FB)

Skills:
• Strong communication skills
• Strong spoken and written English language skills.
• Experience leading teams preferred but not required.
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time to meet deadlines.
• Self-starter who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and an enthusiastic team player.

This is a full-time job working the overnight shift.
