Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and analytical In-House Creative Strategist to lead our creative process and bridge the gap between our creative and media teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-performing ad creatives for our various stores and upcoming brands, ensuring a seamless integration of creative ideas with data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the current creative process, primarily focused on image ad creation.
Lead a team of copywriters, illustrators, designers, and editors to produce compelling ad content.
Analyze data to extract actionable insights for ad iteration and improvement.
Work closely with media buyers to align creative output with business goals and ad performance.
Spearhead the development of a high-output UGC team for enhanced video creative production.
Collaborate with the store manager and operational team members to ensure a cohesive ad production process.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven graphic design and video editing skills.
Experience in scriptwriting and creating engaging ad content.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for creative decision-making.
Excellent communication and management abilities.
Significant marketing experience, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile for creative excellence.
Capacity to internalize and build upon the current strategy, adapting to high volumes of new products needing ads.

Reporting Structure:
The Creative Strategist will report directly to the CEO and work in tandem with the store manager and operational team.
