Whom do we search for?

We’re in need of a Creative Strategist with a solid background and passion for content creation to drive the development and execution of our video ads. Your role will be crucial in crafting compelling narratives, optimizing ad performance, and enhancing our brand presence across various digital platforms.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a creative strategist role, particularly within the e-commerce or digital marketing sectors.
Creative Vision: Ability to generate innovative ideas for video content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing performance metrics to refine and improve ad strategies.
Technical Proficiency: Familiar with video production processes and editing software.
Market Understanding: Strong knowledge of trends and consumer behavior, especially in the EU markets.
Strategic Thinking: Skilled in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
Solid Copywriting: Exceptional writing skills with a good flow from line to line.
UGC & VSL Experience: Experienced in User-Generated Content and Video Sales Letters.
Audience Engagement: Ability to speak to the audience in their language and create compelling hooks/headlines.
Collaboration: Excellent team player with strong communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English: Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative concepts for video ads that drive engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality execution of video content.
Analyze and report on the performance of video ads, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure our content remains cutting-edge.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to align video content with overall brand strategy.
