Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and driven Creative Strategist and Paid Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, strategic acumen, and analytical prowess to develop and implement marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating compelling strategies and optimizing paid performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audiences.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and high-converting ad creatives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to continually improve performance.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in creative strategy development and paid performance marketing.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with direct response advertising and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
