Loop Lasso is looking for a Creative Strategist – the visionary behind advertising campaigns, responsible for translating company goals into compelling and innovative creative concepts for the eCommerce store. This role acts as the catalyst for creative collaboration within the team and ensures timely and successful ad creative production.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Translate company goals and objectives into actionable creative concepts and strategies for the eCommerce store.
– Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas aligned with company needs.
– Develop ad scripts and storyboards that effectively communicate the brand’s message and identity.
– Collaborate with copywriters, video editors, and creators to bring creative concepts to life.
– Coordinate the entire ad creative production process to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Foster collaboration and clear communication within the creative team.
– Maximize team efficiency and productivity in the context of eCommerce.
– Streamline processes and optimize resource allocation to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
– Ensure high-quality ad creatives that contribute to company growth.
– Perform data reporting and analysis, leveraging insights to continuously improve creative strategies.
– Participate in seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other strategic initiatives to ensure creative alignment with marketing goals.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Proven experience in creative roles within the advertising or marketing industry, with a focus on eCommerce.
– Strong creative thinking, conceptualization, and storytelling skills, encompassing both visual and written elements.
– Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, including managing visual and copy elements effectively.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing collaboration between creative team members.
– Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and trends in the eCommerce industry
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, adapting to the dynamic needs of both design and copy.
– Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus.
