What We Need:
We’re on the hunt for a sharp Creative Strategist to accelerate our growth via paid social (mainly Meta). You bring an analytical, yet creative approach to our creative strategy and work closely with media buyers and video editors.
Your Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility is to generate high converting ad concepts that align with our objectives and target audience. You will be involved in the entire creative process, from ad ideation to the final approval of the finished creative.
– Conduct market research and develop an in-depth understanding of our audience
– Monitor ad performance and perform creative analysis
– Transform your analysis into new or iterated ad concepts
– Draft up clear ad briefs based on creative analysis, for both video editor and content creators
– Source and work directly with content creators, building a high quality creator network
– Prepare all relevant assets for the video editor
– Review and approve ads
– Set and monitor deadlines to ensure tasks get done on time
– Lead weekly review meetings with media buyer
– Stay updated on industry trends, applying best practices to our creatives
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Creative Strategist in DTC / e-commerce with a track record of impactful ideas
– Excellent project management skills
– Must be available for weekly meetings and regular communication with the team
– Ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
– Knowledge of key marketing fundamentals (training will be provided)
– Experience with Slack, Zoom, Trello, Google Sheets, Docs
– Experience with Meta ad account and Triple Whale
– Excellent copywriting and communication skills to develop briefs

This is a full-time role with about 30-40 hours per week. Flexibility may be needed to accommodate project deadlines or other circumstances.
The salary during the initial 90-day trial period will be a fixed $1k/month. After the trial, you could earn between $20k to $36k a year, plus uncapped performance bonuses.
