S99 Agency is hiring a full-time Senior Ad Specialist to help in execution for paid social ad placements and assist creative strategist assist in conversion rate optimization.

The Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior Paid Specialist with expertise in Facebook Ads to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a part of a fast-growing team and help scale some of the most promising direct-to-consumer brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful Facebook advertising campaigns, driving growth, and maximizing ROI through performance creative. Experience with Google Ads is a definite plus.

Our number one focus is to drive growth and ROI for our clients. You will be expected to manage needs internally while helping provide insight and roadmaps for clients on where and how to scale through creative. You will use your experience to assist in making decisions and make choices of risks worth testing in order to drive growth. You will be in charge of driving constant team and client communication to make sure that the account has a sense of urgency to find creative winners and scale budgets whenever possible.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective Facebook advertising campaigns that align with our marketing objectives.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates.

Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance continuously.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad copy and creative assets.

Assist in client meetings to discuss campaign strategies, performance, and optimization.

Write creative briefs for the graphic designer to develop ad creatives.

Participate in client onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and clear communication.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising and digital marketing.

Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively based on campaign performance.

Experience with GHL and Zapier is a plus.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Paid Specialist or similar role, specifically managing Facebook Ads.

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Google Ads experience is a plus.

Experience with GHL and Zapier is highly desirable.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) preferred but not required.

Compensation – Part time to begin and quickly grow in to full time
