Experience in leveraging Linkedin Sales Navigator for candidate sourcing is essential, while expertise in lead generation and email marketing is a definite plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Sourcing:
Conduct targeted searches using Linkedin Sales Navigator to identify and engage top-tier candidates.

Efficient Coordination:
Schedule and facilitate Zoom meetings for clients, candidates, and internal team members.

Inbound Candidate Attraction:
Craft compelling job postings to attract a diverse pool of creative talent.

ATS Management:
Utilize Manatal to streamline candidate tracking and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Business Development:
Actively pursue new opportunities within our niche, fostering growth and expanding our client base.

Research Excellence:
Conduct thorough research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify emerging talent.

Adaptability and Learning:
