As a Talent Sourcer/Recruiter, we are looking for someone who:
· Has experience doing talent sourcing and recruiting, preferably in the creative industry or various social media platforms
· Has an innate passion in the craft and finds fulfillment from it.
· Can think strategically and creatively (outside the box) on how to find continuous pool of talents for identified roles in the company.
· Can manage timelines, pipelines, and effectively keep the candidates warm.
· Has good eye for talent. Someone who can identify other opportunities within the company for candidates/talents.
· Can be trusted to provide creative inputs in various stages of the recruitment process.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
· Initiate engagement on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, Reddit) to identified qualified candidates for roles such as Creative Directors, Animators (Moho), Script Writers, etc.
· Provide support in the day-to-day sourcing and recruitment activity
· Use search techniques and creative sourcing methods to uncover top-tier candidates
· Create and monitor posts/ recruitment materials posted on various social media platforms or job sites.
· Provide support with monitoring and keeping the candidates warm and updated
· Continuously come up with creative strategies and best practices in various stages of the recruitment process.
