Creative Traffic Manager

We are Beyond Slim, a fast-rising health and wellness company looking for a Creative Traffic Manager to join our expanding organization. As our Creative Traffic Manager, you will monitor and manage projects to ensure they run smoothly and are completed on time. You will be tasked with:

Key Responsibilities:
• Intake, assign, and manage internal creative requests, prioritizing and re-prioritizing based on clients’ shifting needs.
• Support cross-team projects by managing multiple simultaneous workloads, timelines, and project communications.
• Ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced work environment and communicate actively with the team.
• Manage the maintenance and organization of photo, video, and design asset libraries.
• Identify potential weak points in processes and find efficiencies.

Duties:
• File organization
• Follow up on creative and marketing briefs, checking in on tasks and timing for projects
• Process development
• Administrative document creation and management

Skill set requested:
• Asana
• Google / Microsoft Suite
• PowerPoint
• Image resizing and asset management
• Not required, but appreciated:
o Canva experience
o InDesign experience
o WordPress experience

Note: This role starts as a part-time engagement but may evolve into a full-time position later on.
