We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor with a passion for video storytelling to join our team.

The ideal candidate will specialize in creating compelling speaker reels for professional speakers.

These reels will showcase the speaker’s style, expertise, and unique value, helping them to secure speaking engagements and elevate their brand.

The Video Editor will be responsible for editing various types of video content into dynamic, engaging, and polished speaker reels that effectively convey the speaker’s message and personality.

Key Responsibilities:
-Collaborate closely with the delivery coordinator to understand the vision and requirements for each speaker reel.
-Review, select, and edit footage from live speaking events, interviews, and other relevant sources to create concise and impactful speaker reels.
-Incorporate creative storytelling techniques to ensure each reel is engaging, informative, and reflective of the speaker’s brand and message.
-Utilize advanced editing software and techniques to enhance video quality, including color correction, sound editing, and the addition of motion graphics and effects.
-Ensure that all videos are edited and delivered in accordance with project timelines and quality standards.
-Provide creative input and suggestions to improve the overall effectiveness of speaker reels.
-Stay updated on the latest video editing trends and techniques to ensure our content remains fresh and innovative.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in a) video advertisements, b) cinematic trailers or c) speaker reels
-Strong storytelling skills with the ability to convey a speaker’s personality and message in a compelling way.
-Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
-Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetic quality and visual storytelling.
-Ability to work collaboratively with team members and speakers, incorporating feedback to refine video content.
-Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and the ability to bring new ideas to the table.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
