Key Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the director’s vision and is suitable for broadcasting.
Work closely with our content team to conceptualize and implement compelling narratives for real estate investment videos.
Utilize various digital editing software and tools to create polished, visually appealing content.
Ensure smooth transitions, color grading, sound leveling, and other post-production elements to enhance video quality.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative ideas for new content.
Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and real estate investing to ensure fresh and relevant content.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Video Editor with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Strong understanding of post-production processes, including editing, sound design, and color correction.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
A keen interest in real estate investing and the ability to translate complex information into engaging visual stories.
