Two bestie entrepreneurs with different businesses (SEO expert and Google Ads specialist; nutritionist and educator) need help with similar tasks. We are looking for someone full-time who loves every day being different.

The ideal person we are looking for has…

The ability to get things done EFFICIENTLY! Thinks about time and project management.
A pleasant attitude (no sticks in the mud, please).
An interest in personal growth.
A desire to work with a team in a creative environment.
Experience working with social media. If you’ve done online or virtual marketing (such as creating or posting Instagram or Pinterest content, etc.), we’d like you to get to the front of the line!
Uncanny Googling superpowers and the ability to take initiative and figure things out on their own.
Diligent and detail-oriented
Great communication skills
Trustworthy
Self-motivated and a make-it-happen attitude
Excellent at copyediting and creating marketing and sales content
Provides creative and insightful feedback to contribute to improving our companies

Absolute Musts:

Making edits in WordPress
Using and designing Canva
Watching and recording Loom videos
Using Gmail/google workspace and Google calendar
Using Instagram
Using TikTok
Using Pinterest (creating pins and managing the account)

The unicorn VA will also be able to:

Create sales copy
Create sales pitches via email
