We’re looking for a resourceful and proactive Virtual Assistant to assist our digital studio. Our studio provides design, development, animation, and video services to clients in a variety of industries.
In this role, you will manage our online presence, contribute to our content creation efforts, and enhance our customer support experience. Our ideal candidate is not just skilled in administrative tasks but also brings a creative edge to their work. Tasks will cover a wide range of projects and disciplines, so being comfortable doing a variety of work and learning new things is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
Create tutorials, documentation, and content for our blog, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials using tools like Notion, Google Docs, Chat GPT, and Midjourney. You’ll also help organize projects and content schedules within Notion.
Website Management:
Utilize WordPress and Elementor to schedule, update, and manage blog posts, ensuring our site remains engaging and informative.
SEO & Analytics:
Use Ubersuggest and Rank Math SEO to assist in keyword research, SEO optimization, and analyzing content performance to guide strategy adjustments.
Design Contributions:
Assist in creating visually appealing graphics and layouts for our digital content.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Expert Communication: Exceptional command of English, both verbal and written, for effective customer interaction and content creation.
Customer Support Skills:
Experience delivering high-quality customer service with patience and understanding.
Organizational Mastery:
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adhere to deadlines.
Graphic Design Proficiency:
Basic to intermediate graphic design skills, capable of creating engaging visuals that resonate with our audience.
SEO Knowledge:
Basic understanding of SEO principles and experience with SEO tools to help optimize content for better reach and engagement.
Tech Savvy with a Creative Flair:
Familiarity with our tech stack, including Google Docs, Notion, ChatGPT, Adobe Express (like Canva), WordPress, Elementor, Ubersuggest, Rank Math SEO. Experience with all of these tools is not required as a prerequisite; we will provide training and resources to help you along the way, but the more familiar you are with our tools, the better.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support, or related role, with a portfolio showcasing your skills in content and design.
Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and the capacity to work independently.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work as part of a distributed team.
Willingness to learn new skills and software.
