Creative Virtual Assistant needed for Metaphysical Client Base

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who is SMART, FAST, and works hard.

We manage businesses for clients in the METAPHYSICAL, SPIRITUAL, WELLNESS, and/or MOTIVATIONAL realms. Our business is growing so we are looking to grow our team.

***Great communication is VITAL so you MUST be proficient in English and maintain good communication***

We are looking to add someone who is a GREAT COMMUNICATOR, CARING, and DEDICATED to the team. There will be a trial basis initially with just a few tasks to start out with, then more work as our client base grows. Our workload is growing monthly and we are looking for someone to work with LONG TERM!

We are looking for someone with a creative mind with an eye for design. Starting tasks may include designing in Canva, scheduling social media posts, and web design. It is vital that you can use Canva and Wix confidently to start. You must also be able to read transcripts generated from English-spoken podcasts and find interesting content to turn into social media posts and reels.

Must be technologically SAVVY. We all work hard and move fast. There are strict deadlines for everything. So, this is a GREAT job with ONGOING WEEKLY work, but you must be willing to commit and go all-in 100%!

Someone with an interest in metaphysics and spirituality would be a HUGE plus! Our clients work heavily with metaphysical practices such as astrology, numerology, tarot, oracle cards, energy work, and other “pseudosciences”. Are you comfortable working with a team who works largely in the spiritual realm?

Our team typically works between the hours of 10am and 6pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, so we’re looking for someone who is responsive during parts of those hours.
