Hi there! I’m hiring a part-time marketing virtual assistant to help me work on marketing tasks, podcast support, and creative projects for a coaching, self-development, and Intuitive practitioner small business.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Experience with Google Docs, Google Forms, Google Sheets & Google Slides
Familiarity with graphics, finding or creating appropriate images for an article or event (Canva)
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram)
Familiarity with Mailing Lists and Autoresponders (Constant Contact)
Basic writing skills, I give you an idea and you flesh it out
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello
Familiar with creating and updating website pages (WordPress)
Excellent time management skills
Strong organizational skills
Know something about SEO and blog writing if I give you the basics
Able to design a beautiful website Landing Page
Facebook ad experience a +
YouTube SEO and growth a +
Skilled at video and audio editing
Must be open-minded and comfortable with diverse spiritual perspectives

I’m looking for someone who has a good basic sense of graphic design and can use Canva to create logos or images with type and pictures.
I want someone who delights in details and getting things perfect, a love of spelling, punctuation, phrasing and meaning.
I have lots of information, and need someone who is organized and clear-thinking and good with keeping a large number of things clear.
A learning lover – I have many podcast episodes and videos and I won’t have the time to explain the content to you.
I want to work with people who are excited about making the world a more positive, uplifting place.
Someone interested in marketing, and can see opportunities for re-using content across multiple platforms
Experience with Facebook ads a plus
Experience with podcast manager a plus

ABOUT THE POSITION:

15 – 30 hours per week
Finding or creating images to support the writings
Turning podcast content and video courses into social media posts, mini blogs and YouTube videos
Working with sound and video files. Pulling out short easy bits for marketing from a longer class
Taking online courses and podcast episodes and summarizing the learning in easy to read and share bits
Organizing video and audio files in Google Drive
Communicating with
