Creative Web Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative web designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and highly converting websites on Shopify, Wix, and WordPress for our e-commerce and lead generation clients. Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with project managers to understand the specific requirements of clients and their goals.
– Design and develop responsive websites that are visually appealing and optimised for user experience.
– Edit existing websites in line with client requests.
– Ongoing conversion rate optimisation (CRO) of each site in portfolio.
– Customise and enhance Shopify, Wix, and WordPress themes to meet the unique needs of each project.
– Integrate e-commerce functionalities, payment gateways, and lead generation forms as needed.
– Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and perform necessary on-page SEO optimisations.
– Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure websites function flawlessly across various devices and browsers.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your design skills.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
– Proficiency in Shopify, Wix, and WordPress platforms.
– Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Familiarity with e-commerce and lead generation best practices.
– Understanding of responsive design principles.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (not required but a plus):

Experience with graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Experience with website conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
