Creative Writer / Youtube Script Writer

We believe in the power of creative content to enhance the learning experience and are currently seeking a talented Script Writer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Script Development:

– Craft compelling and educational scripts for YouTube videos and other social media platforms targeting beginners learning German
– Copywriting for newsletters
– Write video descriptions and Instagram Captions
– Develop engaging narratives that make language learning enjoyable and effective.
– Ensure scripts align with the pedagogical approach and educational goals of the platform.

Research and Content Creation:

– Conduct thorough research on effective language learning methodologies and incorporate them into scripts.
– Collaborate with language educators to create content that aligns with curriculum standards.
– Generate ideas for engaging visuals, examples, and interactive elements to enhance the learning experience.

Adaptability:

– Stay updated on the latest trends in language learning, educational technology, and social media to continuously improve and innovate content.
– Modify scripts based on user feedback, analytics, and emerging learning trends.

Collaboration:

– Work closely with video production team to ensure seamless integration of scripts into engaging multimedia content.
– Collaborate with language experts to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance in the content.

Quality Control:

– Review and edit scripts for clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy.
– Maintain a high standard of quality in all written materials.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in script writing, preferably for educational content or language learning platforms.
– Proficiency in German is NOT required (but is a plus). Our video tutorials are mostly in English.
– Excellent research skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible and engaging scripts.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
– Familiarity with YouTube and other social media platforms.
– Creative mindset with a passion for making learning enjoyable.
