We are a (UGC) agency dedicated to crafting authentic, engaging content for brands to leverage in their paid advertising campaigns. Our talented network of actors and creators produce high-quality content that resonates with audiences and drives results for our clients. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Creator Coordinator to join our team and help us maintain and expand our network of top-tier creators.

About the Role:

The Creator Coordinator is a pivotal role within our Creator Success team, responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing relationships with our creators. You will be the bridge between our agency and the creators, ensuring seamless communication and project execution. Your goal is to cultivate a positive and productive environment where creators feel valued and motivated to produce their best work.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Outreach: Proactively identify and reach out to new creators, influencers, and actors across various platforms. Evaluate their work to ensure it aligns with our client demographics and campaign objectives.

Onboarding & Training: Guide new creators through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our expectations, guidelines, and the specifics of each project.

Project Management: Oversee the progress of content creation projects from inception to completion. Ensure all projects meet deadlines and quality standards, coordinating closely with both creators and internal teams.

Quality Control: Review submitted content to ensure it adheres to the brief and brand guidelines. Provide constructive feedback and manage revisions to achieve the desired outcome.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with creators. Foster an environment of collaboration and open communication to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.

Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate terms and pricing with creators, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Manage contracts and ensure all parties adhere to agreed terms.

Administrative Duties: Handle various administrative tasks, including invoicing, payments, contract management, and maintaining accurate records of all creator interactions and project details.

Partner Management: Build and nurture relationships with platform partners (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) to stay informed about new opportunities and ensure our agency is top of mind for potential collaborations.

Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms and trends. Recommend new platforms and strategies to leverage these opportunities for our creators and clients.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in creator management, influencer partnerships, or agency account management.

In-depth knowledge of influencer and creator processes, especially with platforms like TikTok Creator Marketplace and other social media channels.

Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful agreements.

Proficiency in project management software, Slack or Teams, and Google Suite.

A background in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
