Job Description

We are a fast-growing food brand launching a new category of consumer products. Our “meal bars” are 500 calorie, 36g protein healthy, tasty, and nutritious snacks that are perfect for a meal on the go. Our mission is to provide fulfillment through satiating, healthy, and yummy foods.

We are seeking an Influencer/Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team, specializing in identifying potential partners for influencer, affiliate, and UGC marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone who is hyper-aware of trending content on short-form video platforms such as TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Ideally you are interested in health, fitness, and/or sports.

A big plus if you make content yourself or have went viral before.

Responsibilities:

1. Trending Content Discovery: Identify the latest trends, challenges, and viral content across TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts.
2. Content Analysis: Develop curated lists of common themes, formats, and hooks that resonate with target audiences within our content recipe database.
3. Partner Identification: Research and identify potential influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners who align with our brand values that fit a specific search criteria.
4. List Creation: Develop curated lists of potential partners based on their ability to create engaging content that align with current trends and our brand criteria.
5. Contact Information Gathering* Utilize available tools and resources to find accurate contact details of potential partners, including email addresses and social media profiles.
6. Outreach Campaigns: Craft personalized outreach messages highlighting the opportunity for partners to collaborate.
7. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with influencers and content creators, providing them with our content guidelines and creative assets to enhance their content.

Qualifications:

– Familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact authentically with influencers and content creators.
– Addicted to Short-Form Video Platforms — you should be able to tell us what “brainrot” and “looksmaxxing” means.

This is a contract part-time job. There is opportunity for advancement into a full-time position with increased compensation.

10 hrs/week.
