We are seeking a VA with experience in UGC Creator and Influencer outreach to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to micro and macro creators to successfully onboard them to our brand. The main goal is to assist the Content Manager in sourcing content collaborations with social media content creators and influencers.
Below are some of the responsibilities a Virtual assistant is expected to assume in their position:
– Sourcing content creators/ influencers on various social media platforms including but not limited to: Instagram, TikTok, & Facebook
– Identify and research micro and macro creators across different platforms related to target audiences and demographics that we have
– Communicate effectively with creators through different mediums such as email, social media, and phone calls
– Building lists of the content creators/ influencers in Google Sheets with the needed data and information
– Sending the initial outreach email to the content creators/ influencers on the lists
– Managing all the processes of communication between content creators/ influencers and the Content Manager until they’re able to submit the UGC video that we need
– Maintain and expand influencer database
– Able to hit targets and the Outreach KPI that will be set and providing daily progress updates and reports to the team on outreach activities
– Manage all phases of influencer discovery, selection, communication, submission, and outreach across different digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
– Able to cultivate professional partnerships with new contacts
– Establish and maintain regular communication between the brand and influencer partners, actively source and negotiate new influencer partnerships
– Keep up-to-date with the latest trends on social media and in the influencer community to provide recommendations for future campaigns
– Actively keep a pulse on emerging influencers and trends through various social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook
Requirements:
– Presentation and people skills: Strong presentation and speaking skills; ability to build and maintain relationships easily; ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build and maintain relationships; organized (you’ll work on multiple projects at once), with high attention to detail; a proactive, can-do attitude
– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Familiarity with different social media platforms
