Credit Card Repair Agent

We are seeking a Credit Card Repair Agent to join our team. As a Credit Card Repair Agent, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with credit repair issues such as identifying errors on credit reports, negotiating with creditors, communicating with credit bureaus to resolve disputes, creating accounts, and calling in.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze customer credit reports to identify and understand the extent of credit issues
Communicate with credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies to resolve credit issues
Negotiate with creditors on behalf of customers to obtain better payment terms, lower interest rates, or debt reduction
Provide customers with regular updates on the status of their credit repair issues
Create accounts and input client information into credit repair software
Call creditors and credit bureaus on behalf of clients to address credit issues
Ensure that all customer information and data are kept confidential
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of credit repair regulations, guidelines, and best practices is a plus, but not required

Additionally, all Credit Card Repair Agents are required to send in some form of identification, preferably a driver’s license, to ensure the safety and security of our clients’ information.
