Support the credit and finance operations function in the credit team at Zetl. As the company expands its product range and grows throughout the region, you’ll have great exposure to new markets and gain great experience in the fintech lending & payments sector.

=== Responsibilities ===

• Assisting the credit team in underwriting deals
• Ensuring documents submitted by prospects are correct and filed in the right locations
• Prepare contracts and agreements for customers, investors, and partners
• Reconciling transactions in Xero
• Reviewing our collections pipeline and ensuring timely repayments from customers
• Following up with delinquent loans and managing the customer
• Working with customers in defaults to structure equitable repayment plans
• Review of Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for onboarding

=== Qualifications ===

• You’ve worked in a lending business before
• You come from a fintech background and/or have experience in both small and large organizations
• Efficient with data entry
• Previous experience in book-keeping
• Previous experience in KYC and DD
