Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Credit Improvement Advisor to join our team. This full-time role requires a commitment of over 40 hours per week, with frequent weekend work and extended hours. The successful candidate will thrive in a high-pressure environment, meeting strict goals and adhering to tight deadlines.

Please Note: The monthly salary for this position is up to $2500, contingent upon successfully transitioning to a Funding Specialist role after demonstrating proficiency in advanced tasks as a Credit Improvement Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate client credit reports to identify negative items and inaccuracies.
Create and implement customized action plans to dispute and resolve credit report issues.
Educate and advise clients on credit report findings, actionable steps, and credit improvement strategies.
Follow up with credit bureaus, creditors, and clients to ensure timely resolution of disputes.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the funding team to support clients transitioning from credit repair to funding solutions.
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in credit repair.
Qualifications
