Responsibilities:

• Conduct credit audits for new clients to identify inaccuracies and areas for improvement
• Submit disputes to the credit reporting agencies (CRAs) to challenge inaccurate or outdated information on clients’ credit reports
• File complaints with regulatory agencies such as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and Better Business Bureau (BBB) on behalf of clients, when necessary
• Possibly handle phone disputes with credit bureaus to escalate and resolve client issues efficiently
• Utilize expertise in credit repair processes and consumer law to provide comprehensive support and guidance to clients
• Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and credit bureaus professionally and effectively

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an expert in credit repair with a deep understanding of credit reporting processes and consumer law
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms, specifically Dispute Fox and Go High Level, to manage client accounts and disputes
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on professionalism and clarity
• Extensive knowledge of credit repair processes and consumer law, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
